My vote would be for a Peck Polymer prop. I don't really know what length prop would work the best for a 20 inch plane.
That's a nice model. It was one of those "oh I guess so" models when I pulled it off the shelf, which turned out to be one of my favorite builds and really my only ultralight micro. By the way, I think you are going to enjoy the Fairchild 24. The construction method is fun and easy. It's a pretty airplane and even with kit wood it's a very nice backyard flyer.
