Just finished building my Lancer the other day. I was not going to finish it because when fitting the prop I ended up crunching the entire front end. I thought about ordering the parts from Guillow's but they have a $10 minimum and with shipping would have cost me more than I paid for the kit. I ended up rebuilding the front end from scrap after letting the build sit for a few days. I honestly felt like just pitching the entire thing, yet after a few days I decided to go ahead and finish it even if it did not come out perfect like I wanted it to. Here is what I ended up with:
i like the colors on it. some downthrust and some clay will probably get that thing in the air. give it a toss. you might want to add something to get the wing squared up with the fuse, and then fly it. make sure there arent any fatal warps. i pin the parts down during shrinking and dopeing to avoid any kind of warps for the more fragile planes. good luck.
