2. The jig is easy, I use balsa wood to make the jig..I place the balsa over the covered plan and glue my jig together with the vertical pieces going were my formers are going to go. Then I mark on the vertical pieces were the formers go...I also use little pins to pin the Keel in place. Then I start placing my formers.
3. I used Japeneese tissue. Sprayed with Krylon 1301 Matte clear.
4. This plane is still not done. Once again I hope to get back into building and Guillows would make it much easier if they laser cut there wood....I am thinking of buying Dumas kits, but they don't look as scale as the Guillows. I just don't have time to make all new parts each time I build an airplane.
