Can anyone recommend how best to cut 3/32 fuselage stringers? Is there any kind of tool or is just an accurate and and exacto knife? Thanks.

If you want to strip your own strip wood from sheets get a Master Airscrew Balsa Stripper. They are simple to use but take a little practice to use accurately. You should strip balsa on a self-healing cutting mat. The balsa stripper is cheap, the mat, generally, not.
