UK CAA Drone regs

I noticed from the CAA website that all model aircraft, except paper planes and hand launched gliders, are now regulated by the drone rules. Have I got this right? Are my Guillows rubber powered Chipmunk and Cub classed as dangerous drones?

You might contact the CAA for guidance. Contact info from their website:
Drone and model aircraft registration: Email drone.registration@caa.co.uk or telephone 0330 022 9930 (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm).
