Not bad for 50 bucks. I would have bought it at that price, if I saw it. I've been tempted to buy another Sterling Peashooter which pops up from time to time. I think they usually go for more than $50 though. I have one that flies rc, but since dad built the original model I'm afraid to fly it after the maiden, which went well too. Sentimental thing.

Hey, isn't 'imitation the highest form of flattery' ....on second thought, in this case, it's just sorry. And it's false advertising. Your model is sheeted or filled sheet. Somebody buys that kit and doesn't know any better is going to be kinda disappointed.

His customer feedback rating isn't very good either. I usually won't deal with anyone lower that 99.5% positive rate...His is 97.8....I wouldn't touch his stuff with a 10' pole....this guy is a dirt bag for using Mr Ducketts pictures without permission.

Apparently, there is some confusion regarding the difference between Starting Bid, and Reserve Price...

If the guy would start his auctions at 9.99 like real e-bayers do he'd soon realize his expectations... At least on this kit. He's screwed up his other auctions similarly, but at the same time over valued them...

see:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/spitfiremk.xixps852/m.html?item=271015134704&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&rt=nc&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649&_trksid=p4340.l2562

The guy just needs to get organized, and do some book learning...

And that's the truth...

Bill,

As many of the Guillows kits you done and blown up the plans I'm sure that you could build a B-29 with a three view and some rib patterns you've blown up for other plans. You're skills would make that an easy proposition. Can't wait to see the big B-29 in 2013.

I bought the B-29 plans from the AMA Plan Service people...

I blew up the plan for the B-29...

The B-29 will have a thirteen and one quarter foot wingspan....

Basically it'll fill the better part of my garage.

So... I have to have a "home" for the beast BEFORE I build it. So far, no takers... Anybuddy? You pay the freight... No?

I wish you were my neighbor. I'd put that B-29 model in my front yard or on the roof and use it as a weathervane. :D
