CURTISS P-40 WARHAWK

Postby BillParker » Tue Feb 24, 2009 12:34 am

I have this plan:

CURTISS P-40 WARHAWK
Item: 405
Wing Span: 28"
Scale: 1/16

Image

Blown up it'll be 84 inches... Big enuff?

Keep in mind tho, that kit has lots of plastic parts that you'll have to figure out how to make from scratch, (prolly not a problem for you, but just saying...)

Anyway, I wouldn't sell it to you, but just make it available for you to print or have printed, then you have to piece the plan together and tape it up, and get started...

You in? And, when will you be ready to start? I just started the stuka, and wouldn'ty mind doing the P-40 as I'm as big a fan as you are...

You can use my mail address below instead of this convoluted private message thingy...

Standing by...

Aw man, your talking about a another build twice removed from the one I am still working on..................

Stuka is going to be huge! I thought the 6' Spitfire span was big enough already.
I am in for the P-40 once you get the plans done.

Thats 3 p40's
Its like a dream come true. Dont worry Xanadu, I am much slower than you. You will both build circles around me. Its not a race. It will be a couple weeks before I can start. Need a bigger table.....
Now that I'm in, I cant stop thinking about it.

Yes, there are "broken" pics on the page, because they don't exist yet. They'll fill in, and start working as I get further along. I just wrote the code ahead of time on this one...

Fuse is 67.5 inches long...
